Digital Manager (Omnichannel Manager)

The main goal of Omnichannel / Digital manager is to develop strategies and basic tactics for promoting the Company’s brands using digital technologies for key target audiences and introducing digital technologies into the promotional model.


  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies to increase brand awareness, using company’s digital technologies for key target audiences;
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and threats in the field of digital technologies for the company’s product portfolio, developing proposals for adjusting strategies and tactics;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to management;
  • Support brand teams in planning and evaluating the effectiveness of digital campaigns in digital channels;
  • Support brand teams in developing the methodology and design of studies necessary to evaluate digital campaigns on the Internet and projects related to digital technologies;
  • Provide informational support to marketing in the development of digital assets (e.g. websites, mobile applications, etc.);
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects;
  • Monitor best practices in the field of digital technologies and assess the possibility/need for their implementation in the company;
  • Participate in and evaluate market research and regular analyze market data and identify key segments drivers, growth opportunities and business threats;
  • Train and educate employees on omnichannel best practices and provide guidance on digital marketing strategies;
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy, consumer protection, and digital marketing, and ensure compliance in all activities.

Требования к квалификации

  • Higher professional education (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Economics, Management, Marketing);
  • Work experience: from 3 year of successful marketing experience as an Omnichannel/Digital Manager or a similar role;
  • A deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, including customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and customer experience management;
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions based on the new market trends;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions for omnichannel challenges;
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy, consumer protection, and digital marketing;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
  • English: Upper Intermediate.
