Job Description

Wir geben dir die Chance, in die Welt der PR und Unternehmenskommunikation bei AbbVie einzutauchen. Werde Teil unseres Marketing-Teams in Wiesbaden und gestalte aktiv unsere interne und externe Kommunikation & Interaktion mit. (20 Stunden / Woche)

DEINE AUFGABEN: 

Wirke aktiv mit bei… 

  • der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Tagungen, Konferenzen und internen Events (Tagungsunterstützung) 

  • dem Aufbau und der Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle sowie der Erstellung von zielgruppengerechten Inhalten 

  • der Content-Erstellung für interne und externe Kommunikationsformate (Texte, Newsartikel, Mailings) 

  • der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Briefings und kommunikativen Unterlagen 

  • der allgemeinen Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) wirst du Teil eines engagierten und kreativen Marketing-Teams. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche & spannende Aufgaben an der Schnittstelle von PR, mit direktem Einblick in das Tagesgeschäft eines globalen Pharmaunternehmens.


Qualifications

DEIN PROFII

  • Du studierst Kommunikationswissenschaften, PR, Journalismus, Medienwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist für ein Bachelor- oder Masterprogramm eingeschrieben 

  • Du hast ein Gespür für Sprache und bringst erste Erfahrung in der Texterstellung oder Content-Arbeit mit – z. B. aus Praktika, dem Studium oder eigenen Projekten 

  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Social-Media-Kanälen oder Kommunikationstools 

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst Freude daran, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten 

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
