We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Training Manager to join our Patient Engagement Training Team. The Sr. Training Manager will focus on driving the overall training strategy, process, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-focused training programs. This role is pivotal in continuously improving the capabilities of our Patient Engagement Training team and delivering impactful training initiatives with minimal guidance from training leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Training Strategy and Process:
- Lead the development of comprehensive training strategies to support the goals of the Nurse Ambassador Organization.
- Independently understand and support stakeholder expectations, leading to increased trust and collaboration.
- Independently manage complex projects
- Analyze current training processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop innovative training programs that address organizational needs and enhance employee capabilities.
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training requirements.
- Design modular and scalable training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Implement training programs across the Nurse Ambassador organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through quantitative and qualitative measures.
- Implement findings from evaluations to refine and enhance training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance processes are followed, collaborating with Legal/OEC and following MRP guidelines.
Execution and Leadership:
- Independently execute training initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and develop strategies to overcome them, ensuring successful program rollouts.
- Lead and mentor a team of vendor training professionals to deliver high-quality training experience.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Patient Engagement and/or Vendor training partners.
Driving Business Results:
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement solutions that drive business performance.
- Use data and business metrics to measure the impact of training programs on organizational performance.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on training outcomes and business needs.
Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a training role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry or similar experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Patient Services experience preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering performance-focused training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training software.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision.

- Approximately 50% travel.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
