1) Program Planning, Development and Coordination
- Work with regional sales training teams to identify training and development needs and provide training solutions.
- Design and develop sales training programs (both online & f2f sessions) based on training needs identified.
- Proactively implement sales training plans to enable the sales force to be aligned with business needs.
- Take responsibility to ensure consistency in high quality of training programs.
- Apply effective tools to monitor the application and feedback of training programs for continuous improvement.
- Take responsibility for all related coordination tasks in central training team by request, i.e. developing sales training manuals or other training materials, facilitator communication, coordinating schedules and monitoring attendance, etc.
2) Sales Training Program Design and Delivery
- Act as a business partner to support regional sales force. Communicate and cooperate with Sales, Marketing and regional sales training teams to deliver training programs (both online and f2f) based on business needs.
- Work with regional sales training team to roll out staged sales training program according to annual operation plan.
- Use a variety of learning tools and techniques to optimize learning content and formalities in online learning solutions.
- Demonstrate strong facilitation skills to ensure f2f training efficiency with solid knowledge of product, brand, operational and market knowledge.
- Effectively track post-program behavior changes and continuous improvement, thus ensuring the applicability of the programs.
- Ensure the expense within budget with compliant procedure.
3) Administration and reporting
- Supervise logistics arrangements of training and development programs.
- Prepare monthly reports on training and development activities.
- Document training and development activities for compliance requirement.
4) Continuously Learning and Development
- Participate TTT course related to training.
- Proactively seek feedback from peers in and out of training teams to identify the need for competency improvement.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine or healthcare related area (MBA background is preferred).
- 3 years’ training/marketing/consulting experience in top 10 pharmaceutical company or top consulting firms. (2 years’ managerial role is highly preferred)
- Proven experience of working cross-functionally and managing priorities effectively.
- Comprehensive experience in design, deploy and deliver training programs both online and f2f is highly-preferred;
- Sales and sales management experience in MNC is a plus.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with enthusiasm in training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships.
- Excellent mindset and skills in project management.
- Skilled computer operational capacity with Microsoft Office, video editors and multimedia courseware tools.
- Great multicultural emotional intelligence and engagement.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
