Job Description

Position: Sales Representative/(Sr.) Sales Specialist, Rheum, Immunology BU (North Taiwan)
Reports to: District Sales Manager
Location: North Taiwan

Primary Function/Objective:
Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and service, developing technical and selling skills, and identifying business opportunities while maintaining existing business.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Develop and execute sales plans once the forecast is approved.
  • Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure activities comply with AbbVie standards and the Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain territory and customer records.
  • Attend departmental meetings for continuous feedback.

Professional Competencies:

  • Professional knowledge of products, diseases, and market to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to position products effectively in the market.
  • Professional problem-solving skills and ability to handle key issues.
  • Customer management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders and opinion leaders effectively.
  • Ability to develop and manage a 90-day territory management plan.

Qualifications

  • Biosimilar experience preferred.
  • TA in immunology, speciality care is preferred 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners.
  • Motivational and influence skills, even without direct authority.
  • Strong sales skills and territory management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines and deal with ambiguity.
  • Prepared to take leadership and manage tough challenges.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively.
