Strategic partner to Immunology Sales Leadership, responsible for sales force territory design and alignment, call plan design and Implementation, including managing the Targeting and Planning (TAP) tool, and roll forwards. Analytics and reporting support across all Immunology brands and sales forces. Primary point of contact for day-to-day FPAT activities, with expectation to maintain a strong partnership with Sales & Marketing, Alignment Operations, MABI, BTS, CoE, IC and Tools teams as well as external vendors to enable higher performance. Responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management of the call planning build process, including partnership with the MABI team for inputs, deciding business rules, working with the AD/D and other stakeholders, managing timelines & requirements, collaborating with the vendor and finally distribution and communication.
- Full end-to-end ownership and management of the AI-enabled AlterIgo platform, leading advanced collaboration with the FPAT Center team to independently design and develop Franchise-level Call Plans. Maintain a continuous focus on optimizing and automating processes to minimize and ultimately eliminate dependence on external vendors.
- Lead major process improvement and technology initiatives with broad commercial impact, and to communicate/implement these changes.
- Strategic influencer on future-state tools, platforms, and analytics for field deployment.
- Serve as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance and communications of field facing solutions.
- Own cross franchise best practice sharing in the execution of key solutions, system enhancements and changes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of sales forces, products, market dynamics, operational processes, business partner engagement, call plan strategy, IC plan, and continuously benchmark and incorporate best practices from across the pharmaceutical industry to enhance field planning, analytics methodology, and technology use.
- Partner with the franchise on the TAP configuration and roll out including field training.
- Lead accurate and timely roll forward execution through coordinated cross-functional collaboration, integrating stakeholder input to ensure seamless call plan deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans (timeline, meetings, SOP etc.)
- Owns and manages critical Sales Force workload factors and considerations in evaluation and creation of territory alignment and placement.
- Provide analytical and reporting support across all brands and sales forces.
- Provide sales force sizing and structure support as needed.
- Develop training and communications.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5+ years of analytical experience
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving and cognitive skills.
- Collaborative and Self motivated
- Possess a high degree of proficiency in several technical areas. Must be comfortable with querying data tables, understanding data warehouses, have experience managing and interpreting large datasets.
- Data visualization skills (Javelin), Power BI
- Programming language experience (i.e. SQL, Dataiku)
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excell and PowerPoint
- Effective communication, storytelling & presentation skills
- Customer focused mindset – ensuring our field teams and other stakeholders have everything they need to succeed.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure business needs are met timely.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Pay Range: $
124500 - 236500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
