Job Description

This role will report into Finance Director Taiwan with leadership scope. 

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual Update/Plan/Long Range Plan (LRP) and validate business commercial models through scenario analysis and historical benchmarks.
  • Provide strategic decision-making support and communicate business insights to GM/FD for market trend anticipation.
  • Assist in leading the Affiliate and Regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Partner with business units as a financial adviser to review sales performance and product P&Ls.
  • Lead finance-driven projects to simplify and standardize processes in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Support the NPI process for pricing simulations and monitor tender transactions for business growth.
  • Develop and manage a high-performance FP&A team through streamlined financial operations and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial, Economics, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of financial management experience with 3-5 years in an equivalent role.
  • Strong capabilities in financial judgment and analysis.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Hands-on computer skills.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and talent development abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and facilitation in a matrix environment.
