Position Summary
The position is responsible for the daily operation, enhancement, and reporting support of SFE digital platforms, including AMAP, XLAB, and PAM (Event Activity Management) systems. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders, BTS, and external vendors to ensure system stability, drive continuous process improvements, manage enhancement requests, and deliver business insights through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
1. BI Platform Operation & Enhancement (AMAP / XLAB)
- Manage the day-to-day operation and user support of AMAP and XLAB platforms.
- Coordinate incident resolution, user access management, and system maintenance activities.
- Work closely with BTS and vendors on requirement assessment, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Support Power BI reporting improvements to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of platform outputs.
2. PAM System Governance & Optimization
- Serve as the key point of contact for PAM (event management platform) related operations and enhancement requests.
- Evaluate business requests from different departments and assess feasibility, business value, system impact, and implementation priority.
- Coordinate with BTS, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive requirement delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and continuously optimize PAM workflows and user experience.
- Support user training, communication, and change management activities.
3. Reporting & Business Analytics
- Develop and maintain regular business reports and management dashboards.
- Translate business questions into meaningful metrics and data insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting requirements are accurately reflected in BI solutions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reporting activities.
4. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate system-related projects and enhancement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication among business teams, BTS, and external vendors.
- Support UAT planning, testing execution, issue tracking, and go-live readiness.
- Manage contracts, budget, and payment-related activities for SFE systems and vendors
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, CRM/SFE, Data Analytics, or Business Systems management.
- Experience in system operation, requirement management, and project coordination.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other reporting/analytics tools.
- Experience with requirement gathering, testing, and system implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to understand both business processes and technical solutions.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
