• Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT
personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product
and sales knowledge.
• Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the
field.
• Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training
innovative tools.
• Generate continuous training reports.
• Works within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and
regulations.
• Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus),
including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
• Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation of proofs
and print aligned with Training Managers:
o Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs
Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution.
o Coordinate and deliver training courses of TA´s knowledge and Challenger for
Sales teams (by brand) and evaluate the positive transfer of training.
o Deliver content in response to local needs within the global framework by using
innovative tools (gamification tools as Gamelearn, Training Arcade and surveys).
• Observe Field Sales team in role plays, providing constructive feedback after
observation.
• Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation.
• Assure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve training content by using new methods and technology that will ncrease training effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree (business management, marketing, science or a related field is required)
- Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing).
- Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms- digital environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player in every task, program or project.
- Knowledge of training theory (Formal Training Needs Analysis/Evaluation).
- High planning and organization skills. Ability to manage workload and priorities and keeping up to
- date with emails.
- Facilitation skills providing constructive feedback/interpersonal skills, sensitive to people’s
- needs/motivational skills/deal with people at different levels and functions
- Confidently presents information and clearly communicates scientific information and data.
- Must demonstrate innovative and creative approaches to deliver training programs (digital).
- Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
