Job Description

Detección de necesidades de los clientes, así como la promoción continua de los productos a su cargo. Del portafolio Eye Care, Elaborar planes de acción efectivos que ayuden al cumplimiento de los objetivos

Visitar hospitales, consultorios y farmacias para promocionar los diferentes productos a su cargo estableciendo un seguimiento puntual en cada visita.

Establecer relaciones comerciales con los principales HCP`s de su zona

Qualifications

Generar la demanda de los productos a su cargo a través de la visita médica.
Cubrir la cuota de ventas en unidades y valores asignada a su territorio.
Certificarse en el proceso de IFT Methodology Excellence que permita garantizar el enfoque de la empresa para el manejo de cuentas.
Cubrir la cobertura de visita médica y de farmacia min. al 90%

Mantener el fichero medico de sur ruta actualizado en Veeva u otro CMR.

Additional Information

Licenciatura con título, preferiblemente, en áreas Médico-Biológicas, Administración, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería o Comunicación
Experiencia en ventas minimo 1 año
Experiencia en visita medica prefrentemente
Manejo de CRM preferentemente
Conocimiento medio/alto de office (Excel, word, power point)
Disponibilidad para viajar
Orientación a resultados
Manejo de principals auditorias ATV, DDD, Close up

Saber manejar y tener licencia vigente.
