- Entregar resultados de ventas, acorde a su cuota y participación de mercado a nivel nacional.
- Cumplimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento de marca (KPIs), metas financieras, objetivos de marca, etc. para cumplir o superar esos objetivos.
- Manejar objeciones e inquietudes de manera eficaz y obtener constantemente llamadas a la acción lógicas y razonables para cerrar cada oportunidad de ventas.
- Aspirar a satisfacer las necesidades, retos y expectativas de los clientes de manera proactiva y continua, con el fin de construir relaciones confiables con los clientes
- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan para contactar a los médicos, alcanzar métricas establecidas de visita y optimizar la cobertura y la frecuencia para contactar a los clientes clave y de esta forma maximizar el acceso y las oportunidades de ventas.
- Licenciatura en Administración o equivalente.
- Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica en áreas comerciales como: ventas, capacitación, asociado de marca, prácticas profesionales en ventas.
- Preferentemente con un historial comprobado de éxito en el desempeño de las ventas dentro de las áreas terapéuticas
- Experiencia en cuidado de ojos
- 1-2 años de experiencia como representante de ventas.
- Manejo reportes de gastos y CRM visita médica.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
