• Own key business KPIs including sales, market share, OOP penetration, patient activation, pharmacy coverage and productivity.
• Continuously identify growth opportunities and adapt resource allocation based on market dynamics and performance.
2. In-Field Team Leadership
• Directly lead, coach and develop the Migraine Product Specialist field team, setting clear objectives, territories, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Translate national strategy into simple and actionable field priorities across pharmacies and relevant HCP stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field coaching, performance reviews and business planning to drive execution excellence.
• Build a high-performance, agile and entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability and customer/patient impact.

• Own the strategic approach to pharmacy chains and key pharmacy accounts as a critical component of the OOP business model.
• Lead the framework for commercial agreements and strategic partnerships with pharmacies, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal/Compliance and other relevant functions.
• Define pharmacy segmentation, targeting, activation standards and KPIs.
• Ensure strong product availability, appropriate distribution and execution of agreed commercial initiatives.
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out, availability, activation and account productivity, identifying opportunities to improve OOP conversion.
4. Integrated Marketing & Omnichannel Execution
• Develop and execute the annual Migraine Brand Plan, integrating field, digital, pharmacy, HCP and patient-facing strategies where permitted.
• Design an integrated customer journey connecting patients, pharmacists, GPs, neurologists and migraine specialists.
• Lead omnichannel execution and ensure consistency of messaging and customer experience across touchpoints.
• Use data, CRM insights and market intelligence to continuously optimize segmentation, targeting and channel mix.
5. Patient Journey & Market Development
• Develop a deep understanding of the migraine patient journey and identify barriers from symptom recognition → consultation → prescription → pharmacy → treatment initiation/continuation.
• Lead initiatives that improve migraine awareness, patient activation and appropriate linkage to healthcare professionals.
• Identify and address potential prescription-to-purchase leakage, particularly around availability, affordability and pharmacy readiness.
• Translate insights from patients, pharmacies and HCPs into actionable commercial opportunities.
6. Cross-Functional & Financial Leadership
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply, Digital and Legal/Compliance.
• Own commercial forecasting, budget allocation and ROI assessment, ensuring resources are directed toward the highest-impact activities.
