We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Facial Aesthetic sales team across Eastern Canada. This leader will oversee a team of Territory Managers and Virtual Territory Manager(s), driving performance across our core facial brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and brings a track record of leadership, business planning, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performance sales team to meet or exceed territory targets while supporting individual career development.
  • Deliver Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs and sales targets across the portfolio, optimizing performance through analytics, insights, and strategic business planning.
  • Conduct regular field rides, coaching debriefs, and performance evaluations to drive capability and impact.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of regional business plans, aligning with national strategy and adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, AMI, Clinical Specialists, KAM, CoolSculpting, and PSRM to ensure seamless execution of customer programs and account plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and clinic-level dynamics to inform business strategy and drive opportunity identification.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and high-value accounts in the region.
  • Champion performance management through team development plans, regular business reviews, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Represent the business at national/regional congresses, training events, and trade shows; support speaker and educational events as needed.
  • Manage territory resources within budget and ensure investments are aligned to ROI and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Allergan Aesthetics’ policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all activities.
  • Develop professional and career development plan for each team member and review and update on a regular basis.
  • Budget management and oversight for region.
  • Responsible to deliver quota for the region.

 

 


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, MBA an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, aesthetic, or healthcare sales, including team management.
  • Strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and driving results through others.
  • Deep understanding of the aesthetic customer journey and evolving market dynamics.
  • Experience with strategic selling, account planning, and CRM/data utilization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • High comfort navigating complexity and influencing across a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
  • Business acumen – understanding of market dynamics, key business drivers and marketing.
  • Able to travel >60% of time.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is required
