Job Description

Position: PsA Portfolio Lead, Immunology BU (North Area) - Sales function

Location: North Area (Taipei to Hsin-Chu)

Reports to: Sr. Brand Manager

Primary Function/Objective:
The primary responsibility is to integrate and maximize AbbVie's PsA (Psoriatic Arthritis) portfolio, ensuring consistent sales achievement by enhancing Share of Voice (SoV) and identifying business development opportunities. The role involves collaboration with cross-brand teams to leverage market intelligence and achieve strategic objectives.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & Planning

    • Analyze PsA potential in the assigned territory, track sales, and status reports.
    • Develop strategies with competitor intelligence.
    • Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Align strategies with Rheumatology and Dermatology teams.
    • Collaborate with teams to address field needs.
  • Execution and Tracking

    • Strengthen PsA portfolio by engaging with target healthcare professionals (HCPs).
    • Implement marketing strategies and collaborate on business development.
    • Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Ensure activities align with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct.
    • Monitor PsA patient enrollment and refine strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of in-field execution experience.
  • Preferably with experience in immunology.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong professional knowledge, selling skills, and territory management.
  • Agile and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with limited information.
  • Demonstrates leadership and is willing to tackle challenges.
  • Upholds highest ethical standards and adheres to AbbVie's Code of Conduct.
