Our Production Department is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team. This candidate will support the production leadership team in ensuring best in class operational efficiency and effectiveness. Taking the lead in vendor management, documentation control and administrative tasks.
Responsible for ensuring Day to Day Running of Systems ie (One Vault).
Responsible for ensuring all logbooks are up to date and completed in a timely manner.
Setting up Training Files for all Production Personnel and maintain as appropriate.
Producing weekly metrics to support Target Zero on SOPS and ILT.
Setting up and maintaining a Training Record Matrix for Production personnel.
Purchasing consumable materials for the production department and raise Purchase Orders accordingly.
Working with One Vault system and support operations day staff with document updates.
- Actively contributes to AbbVie's operational excellence and digital transformation goals by embracing AI tools, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement practices to enhance performance and drive innovation.
Excellent Organisational and Administrative Skills.
Advanced MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook skills.
Knowledge of GMP.
Ability to work on your own initiative.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
