Job Description

Join our team as a Product Specialist for the South Sweden market and take your career to new heights! This role is a temporary position for 18 months, to replace one of our Product Specialists who will be on maternity leave.


With a focus on both Allergan Toxin and Fillers, you will be responsible for building the relationships with the aesthetic clinics in southern Sweden by leveraging our value proposition and commercial offering. Your focus region will be the Skåne area as well as some clinics in VGR. You will be part of a skilled and inclusive cross-functional team and report to the Head of Sales Northern Europe.

As Product Specialist your mission will be to:

  • Nurture and strengthen existing customer relationships, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities with untapped customers.
  • Deliver the sales targets for your territory measured on Sales force excellence KPI’s. 
  • Execute efficient territory coverage and management for maximum impact on sales 
  • Educate HCPs on the appropriate use of products to help HCPs optimize patient outcomes with a focus on product differentiation, consultation and treatment planning 
  • Collaborate with the other members of the Allergan Aesthetics team to support our customers and develop business opportunities across the portfolio range. 
  • Analyze sales data in your territory to create customized customer plans  
  • Co-ordinate the running of the Allergan Medical Institute Training days and support the faculty and AMI lead in the delivery of these. 

Qualifications

We believe the person who thrives in this position is passionate about aesthetics industry, embraces new challenges and is excited by the opportunity to continually sharpen their skills and knowledge about the business. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience from a similar position, but the right mindset and motivation can make up for lack of experience. We also welcome candidates with a background from OTC sales toward pharmacies or perhaps you are an aesthetics nurse who can demonstrate the potential and drive to develop in a sales position.

We believe you have the following experience:

  • Relevant higher education and/or commercial working experience  
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets – preferably within a commercial healthcare/aesthetics industry
  • Fluent in Swedish (written and verbal) and Strong in English (written and verbal)
  • Motivated by the opportunity to both maintain existing customer relationships as well as showcase a "hunter" mentality to find new opportunities and customers
  • Preferably you have the LIF exam or equivalent from studies

Additional Information

The position is a remote based position, location Skåne.  It is not a requirement to live in Malmö, somewhere in the Skåne region is acceptable. The position requires travel within the region and therefore requires a valid drivers licence.
