Job Description

Position Summary
The MCE specialist is responsible for product detailing, supporting marketing and eChannel. This includes managing groups of key clients who are experts in their respective medical fields and serving as their advisor in terms of product-related information and knowledge. The MCE specialist works with the product’s brand manager in their efforts to carry out the company’s goals and strategies and supports the team in meeting sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. eChannel / eAcademy Program Management
- Developing detailing materials in line with the brand team’s goals and strategies
- Understanding and presenting clinical data (must be able to provide as much information as necessary and answer product-related questions; instructions on usage, safety data, clinical study data, etc.)
- Managing program cycles and keeping up with timelines
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
- Keeping detailed records of calls and communicating key information to the sales and marketing teams
- Keeping up to date with product updates, clinical studies, and related news
- Data analysis regarding on enrolled HCP’s satisfaction level and message recall rate
- eChannel Control tower

2. Marketing and Sales Department Support
- Executing marketing and sales strategies and roadmap
- Recognizing the needs of key clients and addressing them
- Attending and participating in various exhibitions, conferences, and group seminars
- Participating in trainings and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies


- Fluent in English
- Relevant experience preferred in remote engagement and multichannel marketing
- Bachelor’s degree with scientific background preferred
- 1+ years of sales or marketing experiences in relevant industry preferred
- Strong interest in scientific and medical information
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
