The Marketing Manager will help design, develop, and implement commercial plans and programs needed to support the National and Regional on-market execution of VENCLEXTA. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and the Brand Team to lead without authority and work collaboratively with the integrated commercial team and cross-functional brand teams. Externally, they will work with co-promotion partners, agencies and consultants to successfully advance business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop tactics that align to the strategic brand plan for Patient/Consumer marketing activities.
• Work collaboratively with co-promotion partners to develop innovative patient marketing initiatives that are aligned with market research and key patient insights.
• Work closely with HCP Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective pull-through of patient marketing tactics.
• Manage key aspects of projects involving internal/external partners, consultants, and agencies.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.
• Work collaboratively with Brand Technology Solutions partners, Digital Labs & Analytics partners to assess performance monitoring, reporting and optimization
• Continuously monitors tactic performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive optimization
Basics:
· Bachelor's Degree
· 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience/healthcare agency experience
· On-market executional experience (navigating through medical/legal/regulatory reviews, VEEVA processes, etc)
· Demonstrated ability to operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and demanding environment.
· Excellent project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
· Proficiency in managing external agencies across various disciplines and internal cross-functional partners
· Experience standing up capabilities, managing, executing, and working with agency partners to monitor performance of digital marketing tactics
· Ability to work independently and lead initiatives without day-to-day supervision
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Preferred:
· Strong presentation experience and proficient PowerPoint skills
· Analytics and data science background/experience with an understanding of data management
· Healthcare agency experience
· Oncology or rare disease experience

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
121000 - 230000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
