Job Description

The Marketing Manager I/II, Consumer Marketing, plays a key role in advancing brand performance by developing and executing consumer-focused promotional campaigns, managing patient support and advocacy initiatives, and translating brand strategy into impactful, insight-driven tactics. This role partners closely with agency teams, brand team partners, and internal business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing initiatives that strengthen brand messaging, enhance patient engagement, and support key brand objectives. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute promotional assets, brand campaigns and pilot initiatives that align with brand strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and support key brand objectives. 
  • Manage key patient support programs for the brand, overseeing day-to-day operations while identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimization initiatives and potential co-promotion opportunities. 
  • Manage the patient advocacy program, including potential activities such as coordination of patient testimonial videos, national meeting speaking opportunities, and other engagement initiatives that support brand objectives and amplify authentic patient perspectives. 
  • Pull through strategic direction for agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.  
  • Work with cross functional partners to enhance brand messaging and strengthen promotional claims within the label.    
  • Partner with internal groups (e.g. Public Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical) to ensure compliance and consistency in approach and messaging. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to leverage core marketing skills, lead strategic initiatives, and drive strong business performance. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of consumer marketing or relevant marketing experience. 
  • Competency in core marketing capabilities such as creative development, translating analysis to insights, optimization across the marketing mix.  
  • Experience developing and executing marketing assets across key consumer touchpoints (i.e. Display, Social, Search, Website, CRM). 
  • Experience identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.
