Main responsibilities
- Provide regular stock and coverage level monitoring, timely highlighting risks and opportunities and corrective action proposals
- Guarantee regular update of material master data, perform merchandise transfers and support SAP ERP system settings
- Support COE Distribution for inventory physical counts and monitoring of third party logistic performance
- Ensure data consistency and develop, track and refine Operation KPIs, participating in SCM dashboard design with BTS counterpart
- Monitor demand projection and fp incomings, optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence and excess levels
- Participate to monthly product Sales and planning meeting, acting as logistic expert partner and being point of contact between business and Global Supply Chain planners
- Taking part in quarterly inventory reserve calculation and act as point of reference for fp inventories
- Cooperate with QA and Regulatory Depts
- University degree in Economics
- At least 3 years experience in a Finance role with a focus on Supply Chain/Cost Accounting
- Knowledge of pharma business is considered as a plus
- Ability to analyze data and draw down key conclusions and actions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP
- Used to matrix and multinational environment;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
