- Lead payer affairs and access execution for the company's products at the national level, with a focus on NRDL (National Reimbursement Drug List) entry and negotiation.
- Monitor and analyze national healthcare policy trends; develop tailored market access and reimbursement strategies for each product.
- Prepare and submit market access-related materials, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth NRDL processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical insurance authorities, key opinion leaders, and external partners to support the product access network.
- Participate in product launch, pricing, NRDL negotiations, and access-related real-world evidence projects to enhance product accessibility and reimbursement coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmaceutical or related fields.
- Five years of market access or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry; Prefer candidates with direct experience in medical insurance institutions and proven record of building effective external partnerships.
- Familiarity with national healthcare policies, NRDL process, and access strategies. Experience with NRDL entry of oncology products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to independently establish and maintain relationships with healthcare authorities and external partners.
- Strong policy analysis, problem-solving skills, team spirit, and high sense of responsibility; able to work efficiently under pressure and manage critical projects.
- Background in pharmacoeconomics, pharmaceutical administration, health policy analysis, and fluent English preferred.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
