Support the definition and achievement of financial goals through the development, execution, and follow-up of financial plans of OneHUB Costa Rica site. Support the development of projects that facilitate and improve the monthly execution of financial processes through the definition of metrics, and its process improvement. Be responsible for the Concierge work of the OneHUB Business Services and supervise the Concierge work of the receptionist who reports to the OneHUB Business Services Director. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
Resposibilities
- Provide courteous and professional finance support to the OneHUB Business Services Director and team, proactively lead the planning processes [Plan, Update, LBE and LRP] to meet all corporate deliverable timelines.
- Define and execute the financial analysis necessary for capital projects, new products and/or processes maintaining a customized approach and solution for the OneHUB Costa Rica site.
- Represent the OneHUB Costa Rica site Finance in different departmental meetings: Tier4, Audit Risk & Opportunities, Game Plan, shop floor visits, etc.
- Performs all assigned tasks for the accounting, financial month-end close, internal & external audits support, PROCOMER annual operations report support and any other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the respective manager.
- Maintain & develop all necessary metrics to report business performance and provide ad hoc financial analysis.
- Supervise the Concierge work of the receptionist who reports to the OneHUB Business Service Director by using necessary metrics and optimizing processes (including those outsourced to BPO) and overseeing process efficiency and compliance of: Concur Travel & Expense, Corporate Credit Card Program, Procure to Pay applicable elements & Electronic Invoice. Review, resolve and approve shopping carts, PO’s, ACRs, T & E reports etc., and perform related Concierge work as needed.
- Responsible for OneHUB Costa Rica site Fixed Assets & Leases accounting, controls, budgeting & forecasting.
- Support all SOX Controls requirements related to OneHUB Costa Rica site, lead and coordinate financial audit efforts for OneHUB Costa Rica site when applicable.
- Act as the OneHUB Costa Rica site representative for tax project and provide necessary support.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate, legal, EHS, fiscal and statutory requirements by adhering to internal policies and procedures. Ensure compliance by adopting strategies, internal controls, communication, and training as required.
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Minimum five years of experience in accounting, costing, budgeting & forecasting, and finance.
- Experience in biopharma industry, free trade zone agreements / compliance, and/or call center is a plus.
- Experience in Concierge and Accounts Payable is a plus.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
