We’re looking for a Manager, Contract Insights and Reporting to play a critical role in supporting contract performance and sales. The role is highly cross-functional and requires collaboration across a range of internal teams. The ideal candidate will be interested in working in a high energy, data-driven, and collaborative environment. You are a people-person, a connector, and a problem solver.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Support Allergan contract customer business growth through analysis and strategic partnership
- Engage with field sales customers and external customers
- Serve as an engaging partner with the ability to communicate Allergan and customer’s business needs and opportunities proactively
- Collaborate with field team, training team, Business Technology, SP&A, account credentialing and finance to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions and uncover opportunities
- Partner with Business Technology to build and test automated report suite for contracts
- Validate, analyze, produce, interpret, and summarize reports from various internal applications and databases in response to the business requirements and needs
- Help measure and report on brand KPIs to ensure initiatives are meeting or exceeding delivery goals, increasing ROI and revenue
- Build weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for PACK Leadership, Strategic Account leadership, and customers
- Interpret current sales and performance data to help Sales team and customers make most informed and optimal decisions based on individual account/contract terms and conditions.
- Support the Sales organization in understanding and delivering the external reporting to customers
- Train the field on contract terms and tools
- Minimum of five years+ experience
- Contracts experience a plus
- Experience in Medical Aesthetics a plus
- Proven experience working in complex environments
- Presentation skills across a variety of organization levels and disciplines, including senior executives
- Strong collaboration/relationship-building skills and ability to engage across multiple functions
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g., market and competitive dynamics and business performance), including development of financial forecast models, demand plan models and other forecast models that may be required
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this postingbased on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more orless than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
106500 - 202500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
