Job Description

The Manager – Account Enablement has formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives. This experienced leader will lead supervisors in the delivery of superior solutions that result in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, operational excellence, and supply chain to ensure customer needs are balanced against department priorities. Will ensure that excellence is delivered during all internal and external customer interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage people management skills to cultivate a culture of engaged leaders and associates.
  • Coach and develop leadership team of supervisors to drive performance, accountability, and culture within the team.
  • Attain operational KPIs which reflect consistent delivery of timely record creation and updates, including abandonment rate, handle time, volume, quality, and agent efficiency measures for across all 3 teams.
  • Creates bench strength and career progression opportunities for the supervisors and CXR’s.
  • Ability to work and lead initiatives without day-to-day supervision.
  • You will liaise with leadership across all divisions of Allergan Aesthetics for both Master Data and Customer Master areas, including the creation of customer accounts for proper onboarding.
  • Along with BT partners and Global Master Data, develop strategy to create and update operational procedures 
  • Able to prioritize and manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participates in and/or leads 2-4 team and cross functional projects/initiatives. 
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on execution.
  • Solves problems based on practice and precedent. 
  • Ability to take initiative and make independent and timely decisions.
  • Collaborate with Trainers to continuously improve the Training Curriculum and Training experience.
  • The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all AbbVie internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements. AbbVie internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives.

Qualifications

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the position:

  • 4 years’ experience leading people in a customer service or customer facing environment.
  • Experience managing and executing continuous improvement projects.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of master data concept, customer master concept, infrastructure architecture, development, and integration
  • Effective communication skills (presentation, document writing, coaching people).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • SAP, CRM, or Business Systems experience preferred.
  • Medical Device or Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
  • LSS/Agile exposure preferred.

Education

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Typically requires 4 years of experience.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.   • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
