- Support fair and inclusive hiring practices throughout sourcing, assessment and selection.
What you bring
- Previous experience managing or coordinating recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another complex organization.
- Strong understanding of the German recruitment environment, including German employment regulations and Works Council requirements.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification, alongside operational recruitment delivery.
- Confidence working with hiring managers and HR stakeholders and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience working with ATS/recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office.
