Responsable del mantenimiento y desarrollo de relaciones sólidas con los clientes del universo asignado, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción y lealtad. Este rol implica realizar contactos comerciales vía remota (canales de voz y digitales), llevando a cabo seguimientos regulares para identificar oportunidades de venta y cerrar negocios.
El representante proporcionará información detallada sobre los productos, destacando sus ventajas, beneficios y aplicaciones, y ofrecerá capacitación y soporte a los clientes en el uso adecuado de herramientas digitales y materiales de apoyo. Promoverá los mensajes clave según las estrategias de marketing, cumpliendo con las normativas vigentes.
- Mantiene y desarrolla relaciones con clientes, asegurando un alto nivel de satisfacción y lealtad.
- Realiza contactos comerciales mediante canales de voz y digitales.
- Llevar a cabo seguimientos regulares para la identificación de oportunidades de venta y cierre de negocios.
- Registrar y actualizar todas las interacciones y oportunidades de venta en el sistema CRM de la compañía.
- Proporcionar información detallada a nivel científico y comercial de nuestros productos destacando ventajas, beneficios y aplicaciones.
- Brindar capacitación y soporte a los clientes respecto al uso adecuado de nuestras herramientas digitales y materiales de apoyo.
- Promueve los mensajes clave de acuerdo con las estrategias de marketing apegándose a las normativas vigentes.
- Licenciatura concluida, preferiblemente, en áreas Administración, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería, Comunicación, Médico Biológicas, pero no excluyentes
- Deseable experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios
- Experiencia con sistemas de venta y seguimiento omnicanal (teléfono, mail, teams/zoom)
- Excelente manejo de CRM
- Conocimiento de office (Excel, word, power point)
- Ingles intermedio

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
