Reporting to FP&A Manager;
As a Financial Analyst, you will take ownership of preparing monthly and annual consolidated financial statements and management reports, while contributing to the development of Annual Plans and subsequent Updates. You will monitor monthly budget-versus-actual performance, collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data, and translate findings into insightful reports that support business performance. You will be supporting the commercial business unit under their product responsibility in determining sales and expense forecasts.
In addition, you will develop a deep understanding of the flow of sales transactions across our systems to identify opportunities for enhanced data capture and reconciliation. By building a strong understanding of key business drivers, you will provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to support informed management decision-making.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, with a background in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and reporting; Big4 experience is preferred; strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail; excellent cross-functional communication skills; proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and advanced written and spoken English.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
