AbbVie HQ Europe is looking for a business-oriented Financial Analyst Area - Europe reporting to the Area Europe Senior Financial Analyst, with a curious mindset and a passion to develop their career in Pharma. The role will be supporting the Europe Area Finance team in consolidation and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- A key responsibility is maintenance and enhancing the monthly reporting process by simplifying & automatizing
- Assist with the buildup of the analytics templates/ output files and story of the Europe Area in preparation of the Plan, LRP, Update, LBE & Actuals cycles.
- Provide accurate and timely Ad hoc analysis deliverables to direct Manager and Europe Team.
- Ensuring timely manner and quality of affiliates submissions, incl. via running data checks
- Focus on overall Europe P&L accuracy and performance across different benchmarks
- Prepare monthly performance reporting to corporate.
- Support Europe community in system & submission related tasks
- Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in finance/accounting with evident success
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of BPC, SAP, Power BI and JDA considered an asset
- Excellent level of English (verbal & written)

From a practical point of view and daily work life: currently located in Rungis, the headquarters of AbbVie HQ Europe will be relocated to 11 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetic, in two newly renovated seven-story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on-site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym, and concierge service.
