Purpose
The Finance Lead – Global Inventory Reporting, Analytics and Systems is responsible for leading the automation of reporting and process workflows for global inventory, leveraging PowerBI, AI, and other analytics and automation tools, as well supports the reporting cycles and collaborates with the Operations Brand Teams supporting certain products. The position provides strategic financial and data expertise in inventory process optimization and policy adherence, promotes cross-functional collaboration, and drives continuous automation improvements in inventory consolidation and reporting. Operating within Operations (Supply Chain) Finance, the Finance Lead partners closely with Supply Chain, Brand Management, and Manufacturing to enhance analytics capabilities and deliver scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation and optimization of global inventory reporting and process workflows, utilizing PowerBI, AI, and advanced analytics tools.
- Assist in global inventory reporting cycles and manage templates (Actuals and LBE).
- Develop and maintain scalable, automated reporting solutions and templates to streamline actuals and planning cycles and ensure consistency in inventory data.
- Provide strategic financial and data expertise to enhance inventory reporting process efficiency, ensure policy compliance, and foster best practices.
- Drive improvements in data integrity and process simplification, delivering robust and agile reporting capabilities.
- Advance automation technologies and reporting functionalities to continuously improve inventory consolidation and analytics.
- Support business partners globally by providing actionable insight on inventory holdings.
- Participate in Brand Team meetings to learn more about some of our key products and business dynamics which can impact our inventory balances.
- Be a role model by demonstrating team vision and norms, enabling change, and promoting teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Information Technology Management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of related experience required.
- High proficiency as a user of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and developing custom analytical solutions in Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive tasks to consensus / closure.
- Ability to work independently and adjust priorities as needed.
- Strong communication skills, able to synthesize complex concepts into simple terms.
- Ability to innovate and maintain a continuous improvement attitude.
- Individual must be self-motivated and demonstrate a high level of accountability.
- Demonstrate problem solving within a broad framework of financial policies and concepts.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
96500 - 183500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
