Make your mark:
- Design, implement, and operate robust CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows, ensuring reliable and repeatable software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain scalable, modular, and testable full-stack solutions, including backend services and frontend components, using appropriate testing practices
- Integrate and standardize toolchains across the SDLC including version control, build automation, artifact management, and security scanning
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline and application performance with observability capabilities
- Embed and enforce security, compliance, and quality controls aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, while applying DevOps, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices
- Support implementation of governance, traceability, and validation practices for AI-assisted software development in a regulated environment
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
This is how you make a difference:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with 3–7 years’ experience in software engineering and/or DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments
- Experience with DevOps toolchains, Git-based workflows, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks
- Understanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, and validation requirements within regulated environments
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Englisch as well as in German

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
