Job Description

 

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: Head of Marketing, Specialty

Location

  • Seoul, South Korea

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion plans, and ensure execution through multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
  • Manage and develop the product life cycle plan with market development.
  • Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate with other functions to achieve brand objectives.
  • Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
  • Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecasts with suggested action plans to achieve them.
  • Maintain contact with key customers to follow up on promotion efforts and stay informed on customer needs.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, legal demands, and ethical standards.
  • Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
  • Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Having product launching, end to end portfolio management experience will be a great plus 
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills.
