Job Description

This is a new created position in order to support our growth in immunology, and this role will report into our Business Unit Manager.

Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions with multichannel engagement for achieving product objectives.
Manage and develop product life cycle plans and market development strategies.
Lead brand/in-field teams and collaborate cross-functionally to meet brand objectives.
Create annual sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and devise contingency plans.
Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly forecasts with action plans.
Maintain contact with key customers regarding promotion efforts and client needs.
Ensure business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards; review product complaints and suggestions.
Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
More than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong business awareness, analytics, strategic thinking, and business planning skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
Strong communication skills.
