The position will report to Business Unit Manager, Immunology.
Main responsibilities
- Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion plans, and ensure execution through multichannel engagement
- Manage and develop the product life cycle plan, including market development
- Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve brand objectives
- Develop annual sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets
- Forecast product requirements, identify supply issues, and create contingency plans
- Analyze market trends and sales potential; provide monthly forecasts with action plans
- Maintain contact with key customers and follow up on promotion efforts
- Review complaints and suggestions related to assigned products
- Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share goals
- Coordinate and deliver periodic sales training
- Ensure all business activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions
- Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape
- Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge
- Solid knowledge on finance principles and processes
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all non-English speaking countries)
- Preferred:
• Marketing track record of success within FMCG, Media and/or Digital/IT industry
• Sales track record of success within biotech/pharmaceutical or any other industry

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
