Provide Program Management Support: Core OPT (Operations Product Team) Member. Support OPLs (Operations Product Leaders) and OPT members. Co-ordinate OPT activities and deliverables. Actively contribute to OPT Deliverables and Goals. Coordinate team activities, support OPL to drive cross-functional alignment and help to develop high-performing team mind-set.
Strategic Program Management Strategy: With OPL, ensure Product roadmaps, Product Health Indices, risks and opportunities are clearly translated into aligned deliverables and goals for the team. Develop “Art of Possible” timelines to support timely product opportunities.
Tactical Execution: Support OPL, team members, and functions to enable rapid decision-making, appropriate and transparent escalation of issues and help remove barriers and obstacles to delivery of timely and impactful Product team deliverables. Help OPT develop and manage risk matrix for each product(s). Effective meeting management including scheduling, agendas, minutes and action-item follow-up. Ensure successful project timeline execution across programs, and advance OPT objectives (e.g., input for product roadmap, resolution of emergent issues, acceleration of timelines, mitigation of critical path, etc.)
Continuous Improvement of OPT Model: Drive Operations Product Team excellence. Support ways of working for the OPT that are standardized, best in class, and innovative to deliver best practice performance. Help develop and continually improve metrics to monitor and advance team performance and goals. Actively shares learnings across other OPTs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Mgmt, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, operations or manufacturing management, product development, or related business, operations, or manufacturing function.
- Minimum of 4+ years cross-functional team experience. Demonstrated successful experience in program management of cross-functional product teams and aligning resources with strategic priorities.
- Strong planning abilities, complemented by collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to anticipate future needs and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to assimilate new knowledge rapidly and apply that to product team deliverables required.
- Preferred PMI-PMP (Program Management Institute – Program Management Professional) certification or completion of a similar certification program.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
