Missão:
Responsável por planejar, implementar e gerenciar programas de incentivos e premiação voltados para a força de vendas, garantindo alinhamento com as estratégias comerciais da empresa e conformidade com políticas internas e regulamentações aplicáveis.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Estruturar planos de incentivos e premiação para equipes de vendas, considerando metas, indicadores de desempenho e políticas corporativas.
- Definir critérios de elegibilidade, regras de cálculo e prazos para pagamento.
- Acompanhar performance da força de vendas, analisando resultados e propondo ajustes nos programas.
- Elaborar relatórios e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança.
- Validar cálculos mensais e assegurar cumprimento dos prazos de pagamento.
- Garantir integridade dos dados utilizados nos processos de apuração.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com RH, Finanças e áreas comerciais para alinhamento das políticas de incentivo.
- Apoiar auditorias e fornecer informações para compliance e perícias judiciais, quando necessário.
- Orientar a força de vendas sobre regras de premiação e esclarecer dúvidas.
- Conduzir reuniões periódicas com stakeholders para alinhamento e atualização dos programas.
- Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Estatística, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;
- Essencial experiência prévia na área de premiação de força de vendas na indústria farmacêutica;
- Vivência com análise de dados, metodologias de cotas;
- Excel avançado;
- Inglês avançado;
- Diferencial: Domínio de bancos de dados secundários (auditorias de mercado como IQVIA, Close-Up, entre outras).

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
