主な責務

• 解析計画書に従って統計解析を実施する。統計家/プログラマーと協力し，合意されたスケジュールに従って適切な解析結果を確実に提供する。
• 解析結果の提示方法及び結果の解釈を検討し，科学的研究の学会発表や論文公表に協力する。報告書及び論文の正確性及び内部整合性を確保する。
• 科学的に適切なデータ収集手段を検討する。データの問題又は試験計画からの逸脱を特定し共有する。データベースロック実施のためにデータサイエンスのメンバーと連携する。
• プログラムの作成と正確性に関する責任を担う。
• 当局に提出されるデータセット、解析プログラムの作成、及びデータを定義する仕様書の作成と正確性に責任を担う。
• プロジェクトチームと協力して業務を遂行する。他部署のメンバーとの協力関係を構築する。
• 当局との対応をサポートする。 PMDAからのリクエストや意見に基づいて臨床試験データの解析を実施し，回答作成をサポートする。

必要な要件:

• 3年以上のデータマネージメント，統計科学又は統計プログラミングに関する業務経験
• 統計/数学，薬学，生物学，薬理学，または関連分野の学士号または同等の知識（修士号または博士号尚可）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC650点以上または同等の能力）
• Abbvie core Leadership behaviorに基づいた優れたリーダーシップスキル

なお、以下の経験や知識があればなお望ましい。

• 臨床試験に関する統計解析
• 申請電子データの提出
• UNIX-SAS, R等統計解析アプリケーションの使用経験
• リアルワールドデータの取り扱い
• 海外担当者との協業
