Job Description

We would like to offer you the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the Allergan Aesthetics DACH cluster organization (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Invest in your future and join our team in Wiesbaden (approximately 20 hours per week). As part of the Allergan Aesthetics team, you will develop your skills in administrative processes, operational support, and sales collaboration within a collaborative, multi-cultural, and dynamic environment.

Your tasks:

  • Support the day-to-day administrative operations of Allergan Aesthetics within the DACH cluster.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and preparing presentations for the team and DACH sales colleagues.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the sales team (e.g., supporting sales meeting logistics, preparing sales materials).
  • Help with the creation and distribution of internal communications and reports across the DACH region.
  • Support colleagues with ad-hoc requests and organizational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth office and project workflows in the DACH region.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business administration, health sciences, economics, or a related field.
  • You have strong proficiency in standard Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have a structured and reliable working style and enjoy collaborating in teams.
  • You approach new tasks with curiosity and solve problems independently.
  • Ideally, you have some understanding of administrative processes or experience in the healthcare/beauty/aesthetics sector.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
