Wir suchen dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Site Operations – Safety & Reliability Engineering für 20 Stunden pro Woche, um unser Team bei der Optimierung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit und Instandhaltungsstrategie zu unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung bei der Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) – Analyse und Priorisierung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – systematische Fehleranalyse zur Vermeidung wiederkehrender Ausfälle
- Mitarbeit im Bereich Predictive Maintenance – Vorbereitung und Auswertung von Überwachungsdaten zur vorausschauenden Instandhaltung
- Datenerfassung und -aufbereitung für Zuverlässigkeitskennzahlen
- Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Instandhaltungsstrategien und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Was du mitbringst:
- Interesse an technischen Prozessen, Zuverlässigkeit und präventiver Instandhaltung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Engineering oder Facility Management (oder schnelle Lernbereitschaft)
- Sorgfalt bei der Datenbearbeitung und Freude an analytischen Aufgaben
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, dich in neue Methoden und Tools einzuarbeiten

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
