Job Description

Du möchtest praxisnah arbeiten und wertvolle Einblicke in Maintenance & Engineering sowie Technisches Asset Management gewinnen? Werde ab sofort Teil unseres Teams in Ludwigshafen als Werkstudent (all genders) – flexibel bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Power BI Dashboards zur Analyse von technischen Assets, Instandhaltungskennzahlen und Performance-KPIs
  • Strukturierung, Validierung und Transformation von Datenquellen aus SAP, CMMS und anderen operativen Systemen
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Maintenance-Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Reportingprozessen und bei der Verbesserung von Datenqualität und Transparenz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Maintenance, Engineering und Operational Excellence

Qualifications

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, technische Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power BI, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in DAX, Power Query und Datenmodellierung
  • Affinität zu Technik, Instandhaltung und operativen Prozessen – gerne mit Industrieerfahrung
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und der Wille, Dinge aktiv zu verbessern
  • Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit CMMS-Systemen ( bspw. Maximo, SAP, Fiix, FieldEx)
