Support the distribution office team by handling warehouse office duties required to receive, quarantine and process customer order documents that may include commercial, third party contracted products, non-commercial or other materials. This position is responsible for the timely creation of Shopping Carts/Requisitions within SRM S/4HANA to ensure on-time delivery of necessary goods and services needed to support the business. This position interfaces with suppliers, visitors and AbbVie employees at all levels in the business.
- Create, process and manage requisitions in SRM purchasing in S/4HANA to ensure timely creation of purchase orders.
- Ensure shopping carts/requisitions include the required documentation.
- Process product receipts and quarantine product activity for manufactured product. Ensure shopping carts/requisitions include the required documentation.
- Work with internal customers to create shipping documentation for custom manufactured product.
- Confirm shipments in EWM. (Extended Warehouse Management stock, packing and shipping )
- File shipment documentation and perform file and records management activities per AbbVie policy/records coordinator and manage inquiries as needed.
- Track temperature sensitive or other critical shipments with carriers.
- Provide consistent general office support including back-up Kronos timekeeping, catering and conference room requests, visitor verification and Continuous Improvement (CI) program for U.S. Distribution Operations.
- Additional tasks as needed.
- High School diploma required. Two (2) or more years college desired.
- 3-years of related experience

- Advanced computer applications skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations)

- Demonstrates basic knowledge of the purchasing process (e.g. purchasing policies and procedures, ECC/SRM, and vendor master management) plus clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
