Allergan Aesthetics, is recruiting for the The Trade & Channel Operations Lead position reporting to financial director France & Benelux, to ensure effective management of customer pricing, rebates, and trade terms across France & Benelux, supporting both commercial performance and compliance with AbbVie’s governance framework.
This role acts as the Finance interface between Commercial, Supply Chain, Legal, and Customer Service, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and control in trade and customer operations.
1. Trade and Pricing Management
- Manage customer pricing files, discount structures, and trade conditions.
- Owner of the IPAS database and other databases linked to promotions.
- Validate and track customer rebates, ensuring proper accruals and settlements.
- Guarantee consistency of pricing and discount policies across channels and markets.
- Support new product launches and price changes in collaboration with Marketing and Supply.
2. Contract and Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all trade contracts and commercial conditions are in line with AbbVie policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor adherence to commercial governance and transactional monitoring procedures.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
3. Channel Operations Coordination
- Liaise with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations to ensure smooth order flow and invoicing accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels, sell-in/sell-out trends, and customer exposure.
- Support management of trade terms and indirect channel agreements.
- Proactive promotions management (preparation, analysis, coordination)
4. Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Develop tools and dashboards to monitor rebate impact, trade spend, and channel profitability.
- Identify process simplifications and data automation opportunities.
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience:
- 5–8 years in Trade Finance, Controlling, or Commercial Operations, ideally in pharma, aesthetics, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of trade terms, distributor management, and compliance.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI; SAP experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset.

From a practical point of view and daily work life: we are currently located in La Defense; however, AbbVie France will be relocating to 5/13 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetics, in two newly renovated seven-story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on-site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym, as well as concierge service.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
