Solutions Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the internal communications strategy for the Technology Adoption Team. This role will work closely with the IT Communications COE to ensure enterprise and IT communication guidelines, best practices and protocols are followed. Additionally, this role will work with project managers, change managers, and key stakeholders to ensure that internal communications are clear, consistent, and engage employees through a variety of channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the Technology Adoption Team to support the IAI Organization, including processes, communications channels, and key messaging.
- Lead weekly communications meetings with communications contractors and specialists.
- Create and execute change and communication plans for IAI projects.
- Create and deliver internal communications content through a variety of channels, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
- Provide guidance and feedback to communications contractors assigned to IAI projects. Approve communications plans and materials created to ensure adherence to COE guidelines and protocols. Ensure all internal communication materials are clear and consistent.
- Work with the IT Communications COE, project managers, and change managers to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
- Maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely communications and ensure key stakeholder awareness.
- Manage communications tool, Staffbase, to distribute communications and onboard/train contractors as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve communication processes and maintain the team’s Communications Playbook
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience.
- BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years in internal or corporate communications
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong project management skills and able to create communication plans for larger initiatives.
- Proactive and creative team player. Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to provide leadership, train other communication specialists to follow a process, and advise on best practices
- Experience developing and issuing communications using email delivery platforms such as Staffbase preferred.
- Strong Microsoft and technical skills, including PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
