Job Description

Sup Tax - Supervisor área Fiscal

Responsabilidades:

  • Apuração de Impostos Diretos e Indiretos.
  • Preparo e envio das Obrigações Acessórias (Declarações Municipais, EFD-Reinf, ECD, ECF, Sped Fiscal).
  • Apuração do cálculo de estorno de crédito de impostos.
  • Acompanhar processos de recuperação de créditos fiscais.
  • Realizar conciliação contábil-fiscal.
  • Monitorar e manter certidões negativas federais e municipais (CND), incluindo acompanhamento via eCAC e demais sistemas disponíveis pelas Autoridades Fiscais.
  • Garantir organização, rastreabilidade e qualidade das informações fiscais.
  • Acompanhar e interpretar as mudanças na legislação, incluindo impactos da Reforma Tributária para o negócio.
  • Revisar procedimentos e controles, propondo melhorias que promovam economia tributária e aderência às legislações vigentes.
  • Apoiar demandas relacionadas a fiscalizações, auditorias e órgãos governamentais.
  • Apoiar a implantação e homologação dos módulos fiscais do SAP.
  • Manutenção dos cadastros fiscais no sistema.

Qualifications

Requisitos:

  • Graduação: Contabilidade, Administração ou similares.
  • Desejável Pós-graduação/MBAEspecialização em Impostos ou Compliance.
  • Inglês intermediário (Leitura e Escrita).
  • Domínio pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel (nível avançado).
  • Power BI — será considerado um diferencial.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP (preferencialmente SAP).
  • Experiência com sistemas fiscais (Sonda, Protheus ou outros)
  • Experiência mínima de pelo menos 5 anos na área.
  • Experiência com gestão de pessoas.
