We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our manufacturing site in Clonshaugh. The role involves managing the forecasting, planning, and scheduling of manufacturing production to meet S&OP demand while ensuring timely and continuous supply of quality materials.  The Planner will also contribute to support product introductions and Pharm Tech activities. The role requires collaboration within a team environment and reports to the planning manager. 

Responsibilities: 

• Review demand forecasts and develop strategies to resolve gaps. 

• Schedule production of goods to meet operating plan objectives. 

• Manage procurement schedules and inventories via SAP. 

• Ensure timely delivery of components and materials. 

• Collaborate across production teams to meet goals. 

• Maintain accountability for planning team metrics. 

• Ensure data reports are accurate and distributed on time. 

• Manage expiration-sensitive materials and supply chain metrics. 

• Issue reports and updates to management on KPIs. 

• Support established processes and productivity targets. 

• Seek continuous process improvement and innovation. 

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, supply chain, or relevant technical discipline preferred. 

• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/distribution. 

• Experience in manufacturing planning concepts and creating forecast models. 

• Metric management experience. 

• Familiarity with manufacturing practices like OPEX.
