Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service continuity and alignment between supply, demand, and financial commitments. This role supports the end-to-end planning process, drives forecast accuracy, manages inventory levels, and partners with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business plans and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon.
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
- Collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Coordinate with Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements, including SFDA regulations.
- Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Support new product launches, forecasting, and distribution planning.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Support order processing, including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping, and order amendments resulting from supply review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field. MBA or higher education desired but not required.
- +5 years’ work experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or CSCP/CISCM certification.
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
