AbbVie is seeking a group of dynamic and motivated graduates or soon to be graduates to join our team as of May 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to AbbVie's mission of transforming lives through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate key capabilities essential to driving the business and your career forward. There are multiple positions available, across our commercial teams and across various functions at AbbVie Canada, including but not limited to operations, marketing, market access, finance, medical affairs, business technology solutions and more! AbbVie will determine which team the intern will join. We provide a hybrid work model, allowing you to work in the office three days a week and from home for two days.
Location: AbbVie Canada head office in Saint-Laurent, QC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer and Patient Focus: Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Decision Making: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Adapt and Innovate: Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Engage in tasks that challenge your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed graduate (Master's) or undergraduate university studies, with the goal of being fully prepared to enter the workforce following their internship. We will give priority to students nearing completion of their studies, recent graduates, those pursuing an MBA or graduate diploma and those with a master's degree.
- Strong foundational knowledge in science, life sciences, business, and business technology are considered an asset.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in customer and patient needs, has effective analytical and problem-solving skills, is adaptable and innovative, and excels in in a team centric environment.

Although as part of its francization program has taken all reasonable steps to avoid imposing the following requirement, advanced amount of knowledge of English / Fluency in English is an essential requirement for the internship including, but not limited to, for the following reasons:
