Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Strategic Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of Allē’s complex strategic projects. This role is pivotal in managing multiple cross-functional initiatives involving product releases, program strategies, and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of SaaS commercial operations to guide project direction and execute actionable plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the execution of large-scale projects focused on Allē’s commercial operations. Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning product releases, program strategies, and post-launch optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison for cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering. Build strong relationships, manage communication, align priorities, and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Commercial Strategy Integration: Use in-depth knowledge of the SaaS commercial landscape to direct project strategies, translating commercial goals into actionable project plans that align with business objectives and market needs.
  • Program and Project Management Excellence: Oversee end-to-end program and project management. Develop project plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and track milestones to ensure effective project delivery using advanced management tools and frameworks. Develop and refine project management practices within the Commercial Strategy & Operations team. Maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for managing projects efficiently.
  • Metrics and Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate release success. Analyze post-launch outcomes and offer insights to optimize future projects and enhance platform growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and performance metrics to measure results, adjust strategies, and provide insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic campaign decision making.
  • Leadership and Innovation: Provide thought leadership on industry trends, SaaS operations, and project management. Advocate for innovative ideas that drive immediate and long-term results. Enhance process leadership and help improve our ways of working

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on SaaS commercial operations and product launches. Proven track record in managing high-impact projects in fast-paced environments. In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy adjustment. Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills. Proactive leader with mentoring capabilities. Ability to manage competing deadlines and navigate ambiguity confidently. Solutions-oriented problem-solver. Ability to thrive in dynamic and ever-changing environments.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary:​$106,500-$202,500

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.​

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​

  • This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs​
