Job Description

  • The responsibilities encompass stakeholder management, risk management, and asset project-level planning with the project team, partnering functions, and governance interfaces.
  • The role also drives development excellence by leading none-direct reporting cross functional teams, organize team meetings, enhance team effectiveness by facilitating communications, conduct compliance mgmt. and lead continuous operation improvement during the process.
  • The role supports the operational execution of projects to the project plan, track and manage project progress, communicate project status to governance teams in support of timely and informed decisions, identify and focus the team on critical path activities.
  • The role will support China Asset Strategy Team, Therapeutic Area Review Meetings and China Dev related meetings. Responsible for agendas, meeting minutes, and decision logs, ensuring all relevant information is accessible to team members & stakeholders.
  • The role will contribute to the design, development, improvement of China portfolio & project management tools and processes.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Weighting% Scope

Support China Asset Strategy, China Development plan, Conduct Portfolio & Project Management in assigned Therapeutic Areas. 40%

Support various alignment and governance meetings in collaboration with Development TA Heads, facilitate cross functional communication with China, Region & Global teams. 40%

Develop PM tools and processes, conduct data analysis and generate regular updates and reports for the leadership team. 20%


Qualifications

  • B.Sc.>8yrs; M.Sc.>6yrs; Ph.D.>3yrs of work experience with major in Pharmaceutical, or Biology related scientific fields. PMP certification, MBA preferred.
  • Self-motivated personality with a strong passion to deliver success.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of drug development, clinical development & registration pathway in China.
  • Familiar with Pharmaceutical Project Management, MNC experience preferred.
  • Ability to utilize experience and influence to facilitate successful project implementation, stakeholder management and issue resolution.
  • Fluent business level of Speaking/Written English required.
