As a pivotal member of the Allergan Aesthetics China PR/Communications team, the Senior PR Manager will develop and execute communications strategies aimed at enhancing the company's profile and supporting its mission. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in securing positive media coverage and executing PR activities that bolster the organization’s recognition and credibility.

• Develop and implement comprehensive external and internal communications strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Create engaging, audience-centric content to support strategic goals and enhance brand perception.
• Manage media relationships to secure positive coverage and elevate the organization's reputation.
• Develop key messages, Q&As, and press releases, addressing media inquiries proactively and effectively.
• Coordinate organizational responses to potential risks affecting reputation, including preparing and maintaining reactive briefings and positioning statements.
• Produce professional and impactful content for employee communication, ensuring alignment with the company’s voice and mission.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in communications, preferably gained from healthcare industry.
• Experience in working within an international matrix organization or reputable global PR agency.
• Demonstrated professional maturity, with the ability to think critically and analytically while working independently.
• Proven ability to inspire and maintain excellent working relationships, resulting in compelling and impactful communications.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
