- Develop, optimize and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for TrenibotE in the MA market, driving the achievement of the product's marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the full product launch cycle for TrenibotE (and related initiatives), end-to-end planning and execution of launch strategies and tactical activities.
- Deeply explore market trends, competitive landscape, consumer and customer insights, and track brand performance to continuously optimize marketing strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, PR, digital, supply chain, etc.) to align marketing resources, ensure seamless synergy and efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and develop KOL resources in the relevant field, build long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and secure strong professional brand endorsement and academic support for TrenibotE.
- Develop, control and optimize the promotional budget effectively, ensure the rational allocation and high ROI of marketing resources to deliver the annual marketing plan.
- Establish and maintain smooth and effective communication between the marketing and sales teams, provide timely marketing support, update sales training materials and conduct product and marketing training for the sales force, including new employee orientation training.
- Leverage consumer product marketing insights and experience to shape TrenibotE's brand positioning and consumer-facing marketing strategies, enhance brand penetration and consumer recognition in the target market.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing or related fields.
- 7+ working experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Hands-on experience as a brand owner for pharmaceutical products is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full product launch cycle for pharmaceutical products in the Chinese market.
- Experience in marketing consumer-oriented products (pharmaceutical or cross-industry) is a preferred qualification.

- Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders (KOLs, partners, cross-functional teams).
- Proactive and independent work attitude, with strong project management ability, able to lead and drive the completion of complex marketing projects independently.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), capable of conducting daily work communication, report writing and presentation in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and insights to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities, able to prioritize work and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing channels and consumer media touch points, with the ability to design and execute targeted marketing activities.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
